It is a unique building with only nine apartments along with boutique shops: Kobo, Under U4Men, The Massage Sanctuary, Dawson Salon, The French Guys and Cafe Lolo, are all part of our community. Located in the Harvard Belmont Historic District, one of Seattle's most convenient locations. Close to Seattle U, Seattle Central, U of W, Cornish College, Seattle's major hospitals, Gates Foundation, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. This is a great walking neighborhood and not far from downtown. The bus stop is located across the street. We are a no smoking and no pet building.
