This is a great walking neighborhood, close to downtown and there is a bus stop located across the street. It is close to UW, Fred Hutch, Seattle University, major Hospitals, etc. There are shops and restaurants all part of the building, they include: The French Guys, Cook Weaver, Kobo Gallery, Massage Sanctuary, Dawson Salon, and Galerie Orsay. The available apartment is a large studio with a private entry, full kitchen and bath.

One year lease, no pets, no smoking, street zone parking. The monthly utility fee $125 is for water (cold & hot) sewer & garbage and resident pays own electrical. Screening fee of $45 per person.
