The Apartment:
- 3 bed / 2.5 bath, spacious, two-story, townhouse style, street-facing apartment (there are only three units in the building)
- Central AC / heat
- 2-car garage (we rotate who gets to park in it per month)
- Washer / dryer in-unit
- Stove/oven and dishwasher included. There is currently a fridge, but it's my roommate's and may need to be replaced if she takes it
- Common areas are mostly furnished but open to seeing what you bring to the space!
- Move-in date flexible: November 25th or after
- $1350 / month + utilities (Ranges from $70 - $150 per person per month. Landlord pays for water and trash, we pay for electricity, gas, internet)
- Deposit: $1115 + application/credit check fee
- On a month-to-month lease but looking for a longer-term commitment
- The landlord & management company are very easy to work with and are quick to respond and deal with requests/repairs
- We rotate who gets to park in the garage every month.
- We'd like to eventually adopt two cats! So we'd like you to be pet-friendly, but no additional pets, please
