Renter pays all utilities including annual sewer bill.

Due to our schedule, we may not be able to accommodate a tour scheduled less than 24 hours in advance.

House is available now, we can offer a 1 year lease with reasonable flexibility. Renter pays for utilities directly to the service provider, including the annual sewer bill. Renter must pay the rent on or before the due date, there is a 3-day grace period, after 3 days, there will be a late-fee. No smoking of any kind is allowed in the house, garage, or any area that would cause the house to smell. The renter is responsible for all interior and exterior maintenance of the property, keeping the property in the same condition as when the renter takes possession. This includes changing lightbulbs, general cleanliness, and keeping the lawn green and well maintained, and weed control.
We've rented this property for more than 15 years. Our last tenants were here for 5 years and we stay in touch with them.
