2nd Floor unit, Apartment 4, available in this 7 unit building. Unit is clean as a whistle and ready for immediate occupancy. Tenant pays own utilities (gas and electric). 2 small pets max allowed; $25 per pet per month plus $300 non-refundable pet fee will be charged as additional rent. 12 months lease term. Tenant to pay one month's rent of $810 in advance plus one and a half months rent of $1,215 as security deposit, so Tenant will need $2,025 to move in. Each adult over 18 years of age must complete a rental application and each must pay a $25 non-refundable screening fee. Total monthly income requirement to qualify is 2.5 times monthly rent or $2,025 minimum monthly income. Along with rental app, interested applicants to provide copies of one month's proof of income (pay stubs or other proof of income); copy of bank statement showing sufficient funds for the first month's rent plus security deposit; copies of 2 pieces of ID; & copies of 2012 W2s PLUS $100 for CO refundable in 2nd month of lease term.
