Near mass public transit, very good school district, quite diverse but totally quiet and everybody is minding their own business. Banks and restaurants are 2 blocks away and almost eateries are almost endless as the lane of Austin St. goes. Department store across the street, fruit stand and farmers market every sunday morning."

It also has more trees and green accents than most of other neighborhoods in Queens.
