"I lived in the neighborhood till I was 12 years old. We moved in 1975, I know a lot of things have changed since then. It was a nice place to live and I have good memories of the neighborhood."
  • LMczeal
"I live in the neighborhood and is definitely a tough place to live but it could be a beautiful place to live if people continue mastering homes like this one but walking out at night not a good idea the markets are definitely close enough with the bikes scooter or car and you have to feel out your neighbors some of them can be friendly some of them will not be just the absolute truth about the neighborhood "
  • Grace S
"This neighborhood is generally quiet, you can hear the birds and crickets singing in the morning and evening. It’s very green, and the sidewalks were recently repaired. "
  • Trulia User
"Neighborhood parties. Pool socials. Canasta gatherings "

"I’ve lived in this community for 4+ years and I am leaving it. It’s not a good area to live in, my experience is from the 4x4 community. There is a lot of drug activity, vacant run down properties, break in, car vandalism, unruly juveniles setting fires and stomping them out, kids tossing things at neighbors windows and cars, etc. It’s terrible."
  • Lavern Ross
"It's clean we have a food g guardian stole the chicken walk to and get what you need market close to us and people are quiet. I like it where I live it thank you."
  • Rlahmann9630
"We have a small close nit community. We all look out for each other. We have several clean-up and community fun says each year "
  • Grace Connell
"There are lots of kids and families in this neighborhood, and in the evenings I frequently hear them playing in the alleys or on the playgrounds. This neighborhood is a short walk from the jones falls trail, which makes for beautiful easy access to nature. There is a charter school in this neighborhood, that serves all children in the area. "
  • Ellakatelewis
"It is chill to have a dog in the neighborhood. Super walkable and pretty views for dogs. However, rare to have a yard for a private place to let your dog out. "
  • Queen is
"I’ve lived here about 5yrs as far as the area it’s actually decent never had to worry about any issues or fear for my life it’s a lot of older people that live here as far as Palmer court it’s affordable it’s not the worst I would suggest get a cat rodent issue they don’t keep a leasing manager more than 3 months I’ve even about 10 ppl in 5 years maintenance is slow I’ve had pipe issues a few times that I had to pay out of pocket for you get what u pay for honestly "
  • Alex Haywood
"Easy and convenient to public transportation. Walking distance to everything. Buses on all three major streets. "
  • 83ashley34
