About this House

Studio style fully furnished loads of natural light in a quiet neighborhood.

No tobacco smoking in or out of this property is allowed. Cannabis outside smoking is fine.
No pets at this time.
Rent is to be paid by the 1st of each month with a $300 refundable deposit baring studio in same condition upon move in day.
If any issues are to arise owners to be notified immediately in order to fix or remedy an issue.
Monthly rent includes utilities baring utilities are within reason and do not exceed $300/month for water & electric. Anything over $300 will be billed to tenant.
No crypto mining, or engaging in illegal activities are allowed on this property or home.
No painting, remodeling or DIY home projects.
No Dying of hair or clothing.
Be respectful of any and all guests staying in the house.
Renting tenant is to take out their use of garbage, recycling and compost regularly to minimize odors in the studio. As well as put the recycling, garbage and yard debri on the curb for pick up on Tuesday nights (pick up is Wednesday morning).

There is one parking space for the Studio just outside the studio sliding door, leave room for house guest to park as well.

The sunsets are gorgeous. It is incredibly safe for kids and pets. There is a real sense of community and we have truly enjoyed our time here. I highly recommend the area!"
