Conveniently located for grocery (Safeway in walking distance), a street mall, gas stations, quick access to major highways, bus stops, and parks. Wide street with no power line clutters and fresh ocean air near Skyline and Hickey intersection. The tenants upstairs are super nice and so is a single tenant in the front unit. Quite single or a couple will be ideal who can get along with others.
One caveat: The parking is not ideal as no parking is provided (drive way is claimed by upstairs tenants) - only street parking is available which can be a challenge after 6PM or so. This is not a unique situation to this property in this area. However, there is plenty of street parking available, ALWAYS, four blocks down the street in the Hickey blvd, about 3-4 minutes walk. This area is very safe, so walking at night is not an issue as I've done for many years, but this situation may not workout for everyone.
