"Nothing at all makes it unique, I feel that my neighbor hood needs the upmost improvement and hopefully in the future with me not living here of course that it gets better"
  • Trulia User
"occasionally a dog off leash. I always leash my dog because of this. Alot of people walk their dogs, every is very friendly "
  • Trulia User
"This neighborhood has doggie bags and trash cans for your doggies business! It's very convenient for all of us dog owners. "
  • Trulia User
"Nice people, close to every store and restaurants. It's great but always be safe no matter what. "
  • Trulia User
"not much. the neighborhood is getting worse and worse as time goes by. I don't feel safe.. it's loud, obnoxious.. and just recently has been a spike in homeless folks walking the streets."
  • Glenn E.
"Nice area like all many Vegas areas. Light traffic being off the main street. Enjoy the ability of schools and grocery. "
  • Irene A.
"I've lived here for 3 years and I have had no issues with any of my neighbors. Quiet area. Shopping is close."
  • Jilian L.
"The neighbors are friendly and usually keep to themselves. There is no HOA and the weekends can get a little loud but it makes it feel neighborly "
  • SD
"Nothing. It’s not an ideal location in my opinion. It’s becoming less safe. Saw a drug deal go down close to my apartment entrance gate. "
  • Desjavu08
"Nothin really I’ve lived here three years there’s a lot of tweak heads in the area and pan handlers at the gas stations "
  • Jalishia D.
"It’s pet friendly n welcoming to pets of any kind .. nice park for your pet groomer close by .. a lot of pet owners stay by"
  • Glenn E.
"Like all parts of Las Vegas you can find what you're looking for. Crime can happen in any neighborhood. "
  • Michael H.
"This neighborhood sucks. Try your best to avoid this area. People have walked into my apartment, broken into my car, and stolen things from my significant others car. All of that happened in a supposed "gated community". Sirens go off in the middle of the night every single night. There are homeless people and panhandlers in every parking lot, some of the kids in the neighborhood panhandle as well. Sad."
  • Michael H.
"My car was broken into three times in one year. So, I guess that's unique, and maybe even a record. I would recommend staying out of this neighborhood, or investing in security. I would also suggest living in a different area if you have a family. "
  • Dominic W.
"hmmmm there are no community event no neighbors that make me feel safe. we dont do pot lucks we dont know our next door neighbors. they come and go often "
  • Stacy S.
"They neighborhood is pretty central which makes it easy to get around town. It’s also a high crime area and most of the people in the area do not take pride in the neighborhood."
  • Glenn E.
"Great because Vegas is still a town despite its growth. With the welfare system paying for rent there are all kind of people in all neighborhoods. "
  • Sarah C.
"It’s difficult, not very child friendly. A lot of police activity, and break ins. A lot of drug dealing."
  • Alaclark1
"nothing. kids play ball in the street and hit your cars. people and vehicles are loud. people throw garbage in your yard. "
  • Serranobowsin6
"yes there's a park near neighbor n there's people walking they dogs is a good park for exercising n walking "
  • Janielle G.
"Not sure don’t have a dog but as far as taking walks it is safe enough I think it’s a nice neighborhood to live and have your kids in to be safe"
  • Danielle S
"My neighborhood is terrible there’s a group children who terrorize everyone and everything around the community. We can’t shopping without being harassed at our cars and when we walk through the door of the stores. The noise volume is extremely bad I wouldn’t advise anyone to move this way the school are horrible as well. Your property isn’t safe as well since the gangs are breaking into cars. "
  • Mima67
"Neighbors are nice and always wave and say hello. It is a middle class working community and very diverse. "
  • Nydia D.
"so far so good. quiet block. nice cul de sac. havent heard of any burglaries on the block. I like it."
  • Visionnv1
"Family neighborhood, shopping and freeway are 5 minutes away. Fences are ideal for safety. Rural feel within city confines. "
  • Nakita J.
"I've lived in this neighborhood for 8 months and it is okay. Not bad but not the best area to live in."
  • Catloverinvegas L
"I've been here for 10 years. My neighbors have been here since the community was built. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Everyone waves and says hello. The homes on this side are far from the main road, which makes it safe for kids to play. What a great community!"
  • Nydia D.
"People walk their pets regularly. Children play outside. Churches nearby. It is family oriented. Work and shopping nearby. Accessible by public transportation. "
  • Bigvinman63
"Within 5 minute drive, there are countless, literally countless, restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping experiences. Not to mention the highway is right there."
  • Jadendea412
"Many children live in this neighborhood. Lots of families, lots of schools. School buses drop off in this area often."
  • Nydia D.
"Nice area during the day feels safer. There are some risky areas for drugs and other delinquent characters after dark. "
  • Mlbrooks58
"I use public transportation because I have lupus. My commute is sometime nerve wrecking because it's a long commute in the tune of 2 and a half hours."
