About this House

One private bedroom available in a 3/2 house located on the Sherman Oaks/Van Nuys Border near Costco. Room is 11x13 with closet. The bedroom has been newly painted and has brand new vinyl plank flooring.

The room can be fully furnished.

Shared bathroom with a mid-20s female. Bathroom newly updated.

The rest of the house is fully furnished. We have a garage and can store anything needed in there. Plenty of street parking and shared driveway parking.

Utilities (internet, gas, water, electric, trash) split three ways. Communal items also split three ways (filters, cleaning products, etc). Living room has most streaming services as well.

Two women currently live here. One in their mid 30s and one in their mid 20s. We are very respectful of each other's spaces. We share chores.

We have cats and often foster kittens so they may come and go. We cannot bring in any new pets.

Available now. One year lease (can be flexible). $1400 deposit required. No smokers. LGBTQ+ Friendly

No smoking. Must be clean and respectful.

It’s a good community with lots of lot space where even in heavy commuter traffic you can get to the west side in ~45 mins. This feels especially satisfying compared to further out communities that people go for similar space but require 1-1.5 hour commutes each way."
