Spring Ridge also contains 38 acres that are a Certified Nature Sanctuary. Community offers grocery store, restaurants, nail salon and spa, gym and barber shop. Everything you need is within the community.
All utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. Apply through Zillow. Income requirements 3 times the rent with credit score of 700 minimum.
Dog up to 40 pounds or cat considered on a pet by pet basis with a $350 non-refundable pet deposit.

All utilities (gas, electric, cable, water and sewer) are paid by renter. HOA fees are paid by owner. Proof of renter's insurance is required before occupancy and throughout lease period.
