Amazing location, close to the Orange line and subway, 10 mins to Universal Studios and Disney studios, 25 minutes to Beverly Hills, close to Westfield Sherman Oaks. Plenty of shopping and walk to stores. Close to major fwys 170 /101 / 405.

Wouldn’t consider this neighborhood today because of the over abundance of apartments. Not sure what else to say. Other than it’s a decent neighborhood besides those things I’ve mentioned. Riverside and Milliken are great schools."
