"the East side of south Boston (city point) offers the best if everything. There are numerous parks and playgrounds, beaches for both families and singles, beautiful running loop around castle island, fantastic schools (south Boston catholic and the Perry), easy commutes to down town visiting with public transportation, short walk to restaurants, boutiques and the seaport. There are a ton of family friendly activities (huge Easter egg hunt, family funday, Christmas tree lighting at M street park with Santa clause, and the st. Patrickโ€™s day parade. The church is right there as well and the community offers the countries largest moms club! It truly is a gem for families."
