We are a small community of 12 units, and love our neighborhood.
The apartmemt has a South facing living room with very large windows which let in tons of sun, and a small outdoor space for a table & chairs! There is also lots of built-in storage, original unpainted woodwork, and an on-site coin-pay laundry room.
There is on-site management, and uncovered parking available for an additional monthly fee.
Water/Sewer/Garbage are included in rent.

Owner pays water, sewer, garbage. Tenant is responsible for electricity (the building has electric baseboard heat), internet access, and phone.
This is a NO SMOKING building.
There is a $45.00 administrative fee for a background and credit check prior to approval to sign lease.
