You will also have use of the kitchen, dining & living room, backyard patio/barbecue area. Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, and on-site coin-op laundry in the basement.

Ideally located in the Woodbourne area of Jamaica Plain (near Forest Hills Cemetery), 10 min. walk to Forest Hills Orange line T, 2 blocks from Dunkin Donuts, dry cleaners, corner market. Street parking. Parking permits are not needed.

You will be living with 2 women - one in her 30s, a Ph.D. professional, and the second, the owner, who is a retired professional now a full-time writer/artist, working from her home office. We are quiet, repsectful and chill. Now and then, I might have a dinner gathering, but other than that, this is not a party house. About me: I am pretty easy-going, gay-friendly, and love to cook, garden, and do creative work. I'm also a dog lover I have a black pug.

Looking for a responsible, mature roommate (not a couple) that is employed or a full-time student, must have proof of income, landlord references, or if a student, have a parent co-signer/or proof of income. I prefer a mature, financially responsible person, no drugs, must like dogs, is neat, and gets along with different types of people of color, sexual orientation, and nationalities.

Owner pays for all utilities, internet, and cable TV. Available for February or March move-in. Minimum 6-month rental agreement. Move-in requirements: First and last month's rent ($1,900), landlord reference, and proof of income. Criminal and sex offender background checks will be done before any applicants are accepted.
