The room is one of three in the upstairs area, bathroom on the hallway shared occasionally with guests.
The house is located in a very calm and safe neighborhood between Orangevale and Citrus Heights. Very spacious common area and an amazing backyard with pool and barbecue area.

Utilities are not included and is about $150 - $200 per month NO pets allowed.
We require background check.
