Pet Deposit: A non-refundable pet deposit of $250 per dog is required for dogs weighing 40 pounds or less (fully grown) and $500 per dog is required for dogs weighing more than 40 pounds (fully grown).

Cats have a non refundable pet deposit of $250

No pet rent

A maximum of two pets is permitted, subject to landlord approval.

No smoking in home or garage permitted

Tenant gross income must be at least 2.5x rent.

Credit Score 680 or above

Professional lawn maintenance is required. The landlord will arrange for landscaping services, and the tenant agrees to pay the monthly cost.

The required service is every other week at $150 per month. The tenant may elect to upgrade to weekly service for $240 per month.
