The house has a brand new kitchen installed and features tiled and wood laminate flooring, and ample storage. It has gated entry for extra security, a large family room, dining area, living room, and laundry room. The backyard is fully gated with a swimming pool and back patio. Move-in ready!

No smoking is allowed in the house and no aggressive breed dogs are permitted.

Tenant pays for all utilities plus a monthly maintenance fee of $130 for professional pool service. Trash and sewer is an additional $45 per month on top of rent and is maintained under the owner's name. Required at application: $50 application fee per tenant 18 years old and older (non-refundable) Required prior to occupancy: $2700 security deposit (refundable) plus first month's rent, $50 key deposit (refundable upon moving out and with return of all keys). Most dog breeds and cats are allowed but with $25 pet rent per pet, per month, on top of rent. TOTAL MOVE-IN: $4,725.00 (not including pet rent).

    "This neighborhood sucks. Try your best to avoid this area. People have walked into my apartment, broken into my car, and stolen things from my significant others car. All of that happened in a supposed "gated community". Sirens go off in the middle of the night every single night. There are homeless people and panhandlers in every parking lot, some of the kids in the neighborhood panhandle as well. Sad."

    "My car was broken into three times in one year. So, I guess that's unique, and maybe even a record. I would recommend staying out of this neighborhood, or investing in security. I would also suggest living in a different area if you have a family. "

    "My neighborhood is terrible there’s a group children who terrorize everyone and everything around the community. We can’t shopping without being harassed at our cars and when we walk through the door of the stores. The noise volume is extremely bad I wouldn’t advise anyone to move this way the school are horrible as well. Your property isn’t safe as well since the gangs are breaking into cars. "
