3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son told me of another student looking at inappropriate website on the schools new iPad. When I called the school and asked why did I have to find out by my son I was told they would like to investigate before contacting parents. I do not think that was the right choice to wait I think parents should be notified as soon as possible and to be let known that they will continue to investigate. My problem is the principal told me that they had the same issue last year 2015. Why do I need to find a thought from my nine-year-old son and not the school they did not let us know on time they let our child explain to you why is the situation this makes me very uncomfortable. Very irresponsible of the staff !Parent Review7y ago - Cimarron Memorial High School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter has been in the special education program for four years here. Never has she had any problem with the students or the faculty. She has been greeted with kindness and treated with respect and inclusion. I cannot comment on the regular education classes, as they do not pertain to my daughter, but their special education class and teachers have been nothing short of amazing. The choir class and its students have been beyond wonderful to my daughter.Parent Review6y ago - Check out schools near 5654 Sheila Ave.

"This neighborhood sucks. Try your best to avoid this area. People have walked into my apartment, broken into my car, and stolen things from my significant others car. All of that happened in a supposed "gated community". Sirens go off in the middle of the night every single night. There are homeless people and panhandlers in every parking lot, some of the kids in the neighborhood panhandle as well. Sad."

"My car was broken into three times in one year. So, I guess that's unique, and maybe even a record. I would recommend staying out of this neighborhood, or investing in security. I would also suggest living in a different area if you have a family. "

"Not sure don’t have a dog but as far as taking walks it is safe enough I think it’s a nice neighborhood to live and have your kids in to be safe"
- Danielle S

"My neighborhood is terrible there’s a group children who terrorize everyone and everything around the community. We can’t shopping without being harassed at our cars and when we walk through the door of the stores. The noise volume is extremely bad I wouldn’t advise anyone to move this way the school are horrible as well. Your property isn’t safe as well since the gangs are breaking into cars. "

"I've been here for 10 years. My neighbors have been here since the community was built. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Everyone waves and says hello. The homes on this side are far from the main road, which makes it safe for kids to play. What a great community!"
