This 5 bedroom, 3 bath is on a quiet street in Brighton! The main living space houses the modern kitchen, an open dining room and entrainment space that leads to the back porch for some outdoor fun! The hallway leads to a side porch, nice for some tea and a book to read on! as well as a closet and bathroom and the first bedroom - which could be the guest bedroom!
Once you go downstairs there is so much space - maybe for kids to play :-) The last family did a built in slide and there is plenty of storage space - as well as a full modern bath!
