The following dog breeds and types, whether full or mixed, are prohibited: American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Mastiff, Cane Corso, Chow, Doberman, Dogo Argentino, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Wolf, Wolf hybrids, any combination mix of the foregoing breeds, and any other breed or type that the Landlord deems to have similar characteristics.

All Rental Houses, LLC residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for $45.95 per month, which includes renters insurance, HVAC air filter delivery (where applicable), credit building to help boost your credit score with timely rent payments, $1 million in identity protection, move-in concierge service to assist with utility setup, a resident rewards program, and more.
