All Rental Houses, LLC residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for $45.95 per month, which includes renters insurance, HVAC air filter delivery (where applicable), credit building to help boost your credit score with timely rent payments, $1 million in identity protection, move-in concierge service to assist with utility setup, a resident rewards program, and more.
