Room Description

Located in a gated community, this 4 bedroom/2 bathroom family home offers a peaceful environment with semi private facilities, featuring a pool, gated yard, laundry, and open floor plan. The tenant will have access to their bedroom and bathroom, all common spaces, the laundry room, and the back patio/pool/yard. All utilities (water, electric, Wi-Fi, and YouTube TV) are included with rent. Both the washer and dryer are new. The kitchen is completely open for use, and all appliances are new.

Ideally, the lease will be a minimum of six months. My home is well organized and clean. The individual staying in my home will ideally share these values, as my home is my sanctuary. Smoking (including vaping) is not permitted, including the patio area. Parties and over night guests are not allowed.

Note: I do have an adult son who stays with me from time to time for a few days. He will use my restroom, ensuring you have a private bathroom.
