    "it's a nice place to raise kids especially Latino because everything is pretty Latino here. you have close by schools and nice recreational areas to take your kids like Al Lopez park. the streets are usually always busy because it's a popular area but I'm sure you can find a road that isn't driven through alot abd take your kids somewhere idk. schools are alright, they can be walking distance but its better to take a car bc of how busy streets are. "

    "traffic is horrible everywhere in Tampa, but at least here is so centrally located that you can get just about anywhere faster then normal for this city. and after living in several places all over Hillsborough County, and surrounding counties, I have to say rush hour traffic locally is better here than anywhere else I've lived"
