"There is a small dog park centrally located next to the Port Richey police station. In my neighborhood, people seem to let their dogs roam free and there's stray cats everywhere. "

"Not allowed to have a fence so dogs have to be leashed or tied the whole time. Good point my back yard is very clean and open. Lovely grass in Timber Oaks."

"lots of children come around for Halloween, houses are decorated for the holidays. The neighbors are always on neighborhood watch. there are monthly events like. meetings but not mandatory. A lady's group for outings and much more."

"not easy to get onto us 19. traffic is very heavey in the morning hours. no one let's you onto the the road. drivers are so very rude. neighbors within our rear are not the most kindness. I have had my packages stolen off my steps while I was home. and while I was AF work. not the best best place to live. I do not recommend this neighhood. but we pretty much sty to our self. with the excepeception to only one neighbor. who is only very kind."

"I moved hear a little over 4 years ago and couldn’t be happier with our home and our wonderful neighbors. In 4 years we’ve not experienced any crime and people have pride in their properties with landscaped gardens etc."

"It’s a nice community with good neighbors, close to shopping and easy access to highway and parks. Houses of worship all nearby. I don’t know about schools because I live in an adult community. I have never seen evidence of drug trafficking as someone else said."
