Hi everyone, I'm looking for a roommate for my Sherman Oaks home. Hard wood floors throughout the house, washer/dryer, backyard, private room and bathroom. Bedoom is furnished with a full size bed, dresser and a big closet. Anything can be taken out if it isn't needed. Good quiet neighborhood close to the 405 and 101 freeway. Plenty of street parking.

The dog walkers get to know your dog by name, but not yours :) I feel safe walking alone 24/7, street parking can be a hassle from restaurant employees and visitors."
