About this House

Move-in ready and available now. Furnished or unfurnished - your choice. The home comes fully furnished, but we're happy to remove some or all of the furniture before move-in at no additional cost. Just let us know what you'd like kept. We are looking for someone who can move in soon rather than a few months out.

Fully furnished lakefront home on about 2 private acres on Lake Barton in east Orlando. Three bedrooms plus a flexible den, three full bathrooms, 2,148 sq ft. Open living area with a fireplace and lake views.

Outside there is a private pool, a volleyball court, a 2-car garage and a long green back yard running down to the water, with a wooden pier and your own access to the private lake. Fully remodeled with a modern kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and free Wi-Fi suitable for remote work. Pool maintenance, lawn maintenance and internet are included in the rent.

Minimum stay is 180 nights, about six months. Please note the pool is not fenced.

A short distance from the airport, downtown Orlando, Amway Center, Winter Park, UCF and the Convention Center, with Disney and Universal under 30 minutes away. A good fit for students, traveling professionals, relocations, insurance placements, and families between homes.

Minimum stay 180 nights. Fully furnished, with lawn care, pool maintenance and internet included in the rent. Utilities are not included and are billed separately. Pets considered case by case, up to one large or two small pets, and must be leashed outdoors; tenant is responsible for any pet damage. Please note the pool is not fenced.
