Move-in ready and available now. The house is fully furnished and cleaned, so you can arrive with a suitcase and settle in the same day. We are looking for someone who can move in soon rather than a few months out.

Fully furnished 4-bedroom, 2-bath home built in 2020 in a quiet east Orlando neighborhood. 1,873 sq ft with a fenced backyard, two-car garage, in-unit washer and dryer, and a security alarm.

Utilities are not included. Electricity, water and lawn maintenance are billed on top of the rent. Wi-Fi with Netflix is available for $50 a month.

Pets and children are welcome. Non-smoking. Minimum stay is 180 nights, about six months.

A short distance from the airport, downtown Orlando, Amway Center, Winter Park, UCF and the Convention Center, with Disney and Universal under 30 minutes away. A good fit for traveling professionals, relocations, insurance placements and families between homes.
