5004 6th St. Charming Beach Cottage in Carpinteria This 2bed + Office/Den 2/bath is in the heart of downtown with shops, restaurants, & beach access. Hardwood floors, fresh paint, newly remodeled kitchen with appliances, renovated bathrooms, w/d hookup, off street parking for up to 2 small vehicles. Gas & trash paid by owner. Co-signers ok, Non-smoking property, Pets may be considered w/dep $2,650.00/mo

NOTE: We do not accept subsidized housing. Our standard lease is a 6 month lease. To view a property, there is a $20.00 cash deposit required for each key checked out. The deposit is completely refundable when the key is returned to our office. Keys may be checked out during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to NOON and 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. In most cases pets are NOT allowed. If they are allowed, an extra deposit is required, $250 for each cat and $300 for each dog. There is a non-refundable application fee of $40 cash for the verification of your records and the processing of a credit check. One application is processed at a time on a first come first served basis. Feel free to drive by and if interested you may pick up a key at The Laurel Company at 146 E. Carrillo St. We?re located upstairs in the Pueblo Building. If you have any further questions please feel free to call us at 963-5945.

There isn’t much in the way of nightlife and things get pretty quiet after about 8:30pm. But the charm of this place is hard to beat. "

    "I live here part time and work here. Been here for 24 years. I fell in love with the town in 1991 and have loved it ever since.I am an artist and it is beautiful! People are so so nice. You have the gorgeous beach, ocean, sunsets, and mountains while everything in the town is a flat walk , biking hiking, sipping coffee in the sun. Just a wonderful heavenly quiet joyful place to be!"
