Clean backgrounds and good references.

One year lease is a must.
First and security ($1,800) are due at lease signing upon application approval.
 Absolutely no smoking, vaping or marijuana use.
 No pets preferred, but one indoor cat may be negotiable for an additional $250 non-refundable pet deposit.

The only issue for us in our neighborhood is that there are several families that allow their dogs to be outside off leash and unfortunately our dog does not do well with other dogs."
