Description

A cozy log cabin very close to the University of New England and to several wonderful beaches. On a quiet side road between Biddeford Pool and downtown Biddeford [closer to the pool than downtown].

This is a furnished rental. The cabin is currently set up as a one bedroom with an office/guest room [with a very comfortable fold-out bed]. Probably best for a single person or a couple.

A large living room is connected to an open kitchen. Washer and dryer on the first floor.

A screened in porch looks out on a cute yard with so many trees, shrubs and plants that you can not see the road. It feels very private and quiet.

It is an easy bike ride [1/2 mile] to Hills Beach - a wonderful quiet beach, and the university. Fortunes rocks beach just another half mile away.

Heat and air-conditioning with an efficient heat pump.

No smoking.

One year renewable lease, start date negotiable.

"There are lots of dogs in the neighborhood quiet roads and sidewalks to walk them. There are also trails and parks nearby. The only issue for us in our neighborhood is that there are several families that allow their dogs to be outside off leash and unfortunately our dog does not do well with other dogs."
  • Amy R.
"I’m not really sure. I haven’t experienced much here to be honest. It’s a great community to live in though! "

"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 5 years. I know most of my neighbors and love that there are so many restaurants in walking distance. With Biddeford Pool and Old Orchard within 15 minutes, summers are filled with walks on the beach. "
