Living and dining area is open and airy with lots of natural sunlight with seating for up to four people. Bedroom includes a queen size bed with memory foam mattress and 6 drawers below for plenty of storage for clothes. Full size closet perfect for hanging clothes and includes a small ironing board and iron.

Bathroom has a new expansive walk in shower, tile flooring, new sink and elongated comfort height toilet.

Apartment is above a heated garage and includes a private entry way and mudroom along with a private outdoor area perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature.

There is parking for up to 2 vehicles at the property. Please note the main house on the property is a year round home. Price based on 1 tenant. If there are two tenants rent is $2200 per month.

Bedding and towels not included for the off season rental. Tenant to provide their own bedding and towels.

Lease terms are available from September 8th through May 31, 2026. We are looking for a tenant from September through the end of May 2026.

Owner pays ALL utilities including; High Speed Internet, Heat, Electric, Water/Sewer, Trash, Snow Removal, Lawn Care
