Enjoy this beautifully renovated and furnished 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment just steps to Ferry Beach and walking distance to Camp Ellis. Take a walk on Ferry Beach or stroll over to the famous Huot's Seafood Restaurant for lunch or dinner.

Kitchen includes a new stove, refrigerator, double stainless sink with pull down sprayer faucet, stack-able washer dryer, microwave and counter tops. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishware, glassware and all your cooking needs.

Living and dining area is open and airy with lots of natural sunlight with seating for up to four people. Bedroom includes a queen size bed with memory foam mattress and 6 drawers below for plenty of storage for clothes. Full size closet perfect for hanging clothes and includes a small ironing board and iron.

Bathroom has a new expansive walk in shower, tile flooring, new sink and elongated comfort height toilet.

Apartment is above a heated garage and includes a private entry way and mudroom along with a private outdoor area perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature.

There is parking for up to 2 vehicles at the property. Please note the main house on the property is a year round home. Price based on 1 tenant. If there are two tenants rent is $2200 per month.

Bedding and towels not included for the off season rental. Tenant to provide their own bedding and towels.

Lease terms are available from September 8th through May 31, 2027. We are looking for a tenant from September through the end of May 2027.

All Utilities Included. High speed internet, cable, heat, hot water, electricity, snow removal, and parking for 2 vehicles.

    "Nice walkways, 1-2 mile walk with sidewalks are common in our community. Drivers are courteous and yield to dog walkers. It’s a nice walk… especially in the fall when the leaves are turning color, there are maple as and oaks and ginkgo trees that are a spectacle of color. Very enjoyable."

    "I’ve lived here for a year my neighbors are great for the most part and the streets are quite . My landlord is my neighbor no issues . Down fall is there is a public park on a dead end street. Questionable people always show up late at night but the police patrol the area great. "
