Off street parking spaces, 3 total (one in garage and 2 on driveway). Nice neighborhood and handy convenience store across the street. Landlord handles snow removal and lawn care. Former tenant reports electric bill in winter was ~$100/mo and ~$150/mo in summer with one AC unit running all the time (he worked from home)

    "8 years great place to live and lots of kids to grow up with. Also pet friendly and good restaurants and shops. Parades in fall and winter. City work is clean and quick and they are responsive. "

    "Nice walkways, 1-2 mile walk with sidewalks are common in our community. Drivers are courteous and yield to dog walkers. It’s a nice walk… especially in the fall when the leaves are turning color, there are maple as and oaks and ginkgo trees that are a spectacle of color. Very enjoyable."
