There is plenty of parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway.

Rent is $4,350 - $100 (monthly discount) = $4,250. First month and security due at lease signing. Tenant pays electric, heat, and hot water. Owner pays for water, sewer, and yardcare.

Available for ~9/1 move-in. Seasonal 6-9 month lease from ~9/1/26 - 5/31/27. Ideal candidate will have a minimum credit score of 650 and will have a monthly income of 2.5x rent.
