There is off street parking for two vehicles, and there is also parking on the street.

The rent is $1,850 and includes heat and hot water.

We do not do co-signers. You must be approved on your own merit.
Great credit (650's or higher)
Clean backgrounds and good references.
 Proof of income.
One year lease is a must.
First and security ($1,850) are due at lease signing upon application approval.
 Absolutely no smoking, vaping or marijuana use.
 So sorry- no pets allowed.

The only issue for us in our neighborhood is that there are several families that allow their dogs to be outside off leash and unfortunately our dog does not do well with other dogs."
