The neighborhood is a nice mix of age groups and ethnic backgrounds. It' s tucked away between the Menomonee Pkwy and Timmerman Airport so the streets don't have a lot of traffic. The neighborhood is on a community well so the water is much cleaner and cheaper than City of Milwaukee."
