Everyone who lives here including myself are working professionals with stable careers. We like to keep the house clean. I like to have guests over, so we grill a lot and occasionally get loud. Just clean up after yourself and pay on time.

    "The neighborhood is made up of modest single family houses, most of which were built in the 1940’s, but now are being spruced up by new owners. The majority of the houses and yards are small but well kept which makes them great starter homes for first time buyers. One perk of living in this neighborhood is that most of the homes are within walking distance to BART."
