This house is 3 levels with spacious common areas, 2 living rooms, a front patio, and backyard - you'll barely feel like you're sharing a living space. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the main level includes a common half bath. Easily located off I25 and Colorado Blvd this house is close to many restaurants, attractions and shopping centers. The neighborhood is right on the edge of a residential area making it easy for peaceful walks.

This bedroom is located downstairs, with a walk in closet and en suite full bathroom. It also has its own living room so the space is fairly private.

**Term: This is a month to month rental. You can let me know if you'd like to stay a year or more, but regardless of time commitment it is just a 30 day notice required for move out, and term changes at any time are fine. Life happens, you shouldn't be chained to lease :)
