About this House

Welcome to your Morrison haven! This recently remodeled 2-bedroom condo, complete with a garage, offers unparalleled comfort and style against the backdrop of the breathtaking foothills. Please note the photos are during the end of a remodel, so it's a little nicer than what is shown. Also, please note there is no AC in the unit at this time. This unit is on the bottom floor and there is a separate unit above with very friendly neighbors. All 10 buildings in this small community have been freshly painted this Spring!

Conveniently located near the C470 highway, downtown Denver is just a short 25-minute drive away. Indulge in dining options with a stroll to the 5281 Steak & Seafood restaurant and bar or the beloved Tommy's Subs sandwich shop, both mere seconds from your doorstep. Take advantage of the nearby Soda Lakes for leisurely beach days, and explore the scenic bike path weaving through the property, connecting you to downtown Bear Creek, Golden, and downtown Denver. Red Rocks Amphitheatre and Matthew Winters Park are only a few miles away. Note, you won't hear the music from the condo. I am the private owner of the property and take excellent care of the property and my renters needs. I have an Airbnb rental and you can read the excellent reviews regarding communication and attentiveness.

Don't miss out on this perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and Colorado charm!
