We just moved from TX to this school district and I am amazed by how amazing this school is. The teacher Mrs. Armstrong noticed the second day that my child was struggling and called us asking to get her more services and help. We had been fighting with TX school districts to get her help.Ms. Fugita

The teachers and administration are so dedicated to the students and to each other - it makes the school environment a really amazing place to be part of.

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have two children who attend Mount Carbon. One is a 5th grader and the other second grade. The sense of community is very strong here. The teachers are wonderful and care deeply about the children’s progress. Bullying isn’t tolerated and my children feel very safe. The principal isn’t afraid to let people know when they have crossed a line. Because of this the school has much better behavior than other schools in the area. I’m so grateful we live so close to a school with high expectations and such a caring staff. 8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter currently has Mrs. Laura and every time I am in classroom, I am blown away by the way she handles her classroom. The students respect for her and each other is evident, I don't think this is the vibe outside of MPA. I love the staff, front office and the Library and everyone! My daughter has told me that she wants her kids to go to Montessori and to attend in High School. It comes up at least once every few weeks.
