About this House

Sprawling 2-bedroom unit in the basement of a classic Capitol Hill triplex house, just a few minutes walk from all the amenities of Broadway, 12th Ave, etc. Basement stays cool in the increasingly hot summers, and stays relatively bright in the winter with windows on three sides. Full bath and galley kitchen with plenty of counter space. The bedrooms are large, and there's a large living room as well as a dining or office area near the kitchen. Two exterior doors with easy access to outdoor space and parking.

$80/person/month utility charge covers water/sewage/garbage. Electric account for the unit will be in tenant's name. Internet/cable TV will be handled by tenant.

No smoking allowed in unit or within 25 feet of building entrances.

Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis with pet agreement and pet deposit.

Off-street parking spot available for $100/month
