MLS# 269112 ***FINAL OPPORTUNITY*** Tired of paying your landlord to have nothing to show for it at the end of the day? Here is your final chance to purchase your own Tiny Home for less than a used car. Property is a newer 2006 mobile home that features 1 bedroom 1 bathroom in good condition. Perfect for an elder buyer as it is already handicap accessible, or a young adult looking to purchase their 1st starter home. Home is in Richland Mobile Home Park. Your monthly space rental will be less than a studio apartment ($710 per month until June 2024). This is $100.00 less than going space rent. Buyer must qualify with Richland Mobile Home Park which includes a minimum monthly income of 3 times monthly space rental fee as well criminal and credit review. Seller is very motivates as this was once the home of an elderly family member that has moved on to assisted living. Seller would consider incentive of possibly 1st months space fee paid by seller or even buyers agent incentive. Only qualified serious buyers please. Please let their loss be your gain!!!

What Locals Say about Richland

  • Aly Wilder
"It’s great for walking, the trails are basically our back yard, but the houses on that edge are not allowed to have fencing, per city code, so we have to do potty on a leash. If your house is not on the edge of the trail access you can have a fence, our neighbors across the street have them. "

"Of the three districts, I feel like Richland is the best. Also, there are plenty of parks so even if you have a small yard, there is sure to be a park really close."

"I moved here years ago after growing up in Los Angeles California. We have low crime, beautiful rivers for boating, tubing, kayaking and now water-yoga which is done on top of your paddle board. All types of restaurants including outdoor dining in the summertime at any of the many wineries here. 3 hospitals for peace of mind that are outstanding. It’s just a more low-key place to live for all demographics. People here are honest hard workers, but without the aggression that I saw daily in LA"
