"In my neighborhood, the 67-hundred block off of 67, I’ve always felt safe and secure. Then again, it’s a nicer neighborhood, in the middle of Pasco which is sometimes deemed to be unsafe. But we’ve never had issues in 14 years."

"This is a great location for families, couples and retirees. Safe clean friendly neighborhoods close to parks, shopping, and restaurants. Entertainment and nightlife are also excellent with various options from Gesa Stadium to The TRAC. 10 minute drive to Columbia center mall. overall good quality homes in new up and coming area. great opportunities to purchase new home!!!"

"we moved in last april(2013) very nice safe area especially the new elementary school that will be open aug.2014. nice and safe side walk for evening walks very clean and very close for shopping and dines."
