"My neighborhood has fabulous public transit options within 1-2 blocks. Also very close to hospitals, shopping, banks and downtown. Close to freeway. We are at the center of town and just about everything is within a 10-20 min drive "

"Friendly for dog walking. There a lot of places to walk with sidewalks or trails. There are parks with plenty of grass and trees and views of the skyline and beautiful old homes. "

"Lived in this neighborhood for over 20 years. Grew up here, moved back with husband- we are in our 30's and love it. close to everything- great freeway access, good shopping, schools for when we have kids, and more. very happy with our choice."
