Looking for a renter for 9 months, through June 14, 2027. Due to the shorter term, I have lowered the rent.

3 bed, 2 bath on a cul de sac with proximity to the Streets at Southglenn, High Line Canal Trail, numerous parks, Lois Lenski Elementary and Newton Middle School.

The house has recently been painted and new flooring. The front yard has been converted from grass to mulch. The back garden bed was enhanced to reduce grass coverage and encourage water conservation. Denver Water regularly notified us that our summertime water usage was significantly less than average for the neighborhood! The 2-car garage with an entire wall of cabinets is the perfect place to stow your toys and vehicles.

This rental is dog-friendly, sorry no cats. There is a non-refundable $250 pet deposit per pet but no additional monthly rent.
