- Bedroom with closet.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- Street parking.
- Coin op laundry on site.
- Heat and hot water included (tenant pays electricity).
- Cats are allowed with $25 per month pet fee.
- No dogs, no exceptions!!

- $1425 first month's rent + $1325 security deposit = $2750 cashier check or money order required up front.

    "There are lots of dogs in the neighborhood quiet roads and sidewalks to walk them. There are also trails and parks nearby. The only issue for us in our neighborhood is that there are several families that allow their dogs to be outside off leash and unfortunately our dog does not do well with other dogs."
