In a quiet neighborhood, the apartment is less than a mile from historic Payson Main Street.
Apartment comes with full kitchen, granite countertops, washer/dryer, large walk-in closet, high speed internet, and one covered off street parking spot.

This is a basement apartment in a house built in the early 1900s. The homeowners of the house live in the upper two levels of the house. The tenant will be required to maintain the water softener; this requires adding salt to the softener once every four to six weeks. The lease will be month to month, with no long-term contract. $500 deposit is fully refundable if apartment is left in good condition at end of lease.
First and last month's rent due at beginning of lease along with deposit.
