What Locals Say about Franklin

  • Noelle Fox
"There’s a park not far from here but there’s always kids there and lots of people. Not a lot of dogs around"
  • James G.
"this area is actually pretty low-key and quiet. I see a couple of you saying there is a lot of cops and drugs around the area. That being said, the cops do drive up and down 300 West a lot, Granite, the police station is two blocks north from where my house is on 300 West and 400 400 South_ish..lol. Overall, it's a great location, less than a mile away from BYU and UVU less than 3 blocks away from downtown Provo and they also have a fresh market down at the park which is less than 5 blocks away and they have the best fresh vegetables and fruit and all that good stuff. "
  • James G.
"it's close to work so it's convenient. and it's near some of my sister's homes. and I like to go shopping at The Fresh Market and enjoy all that fresh vegetables, Etc."

"Cops come around this neighborhood a lot!! Tons of drugs and poverty, because it is a low income area. However, married byu students find it good for a first house."
  • Moea R.
"The homes in this neighborhood are very old and historic. It’s also in walkable distance to downtown provo."
