The room for rent is located on the 3rd floor and has a private entrance. Common areas are on the 2nd floor (kitchen, bathroom, laundry, living room) Looking for a professional person that has steady income. This is not a party house so I'm not looking for someone that drinks daily. Rent is $600 a month and some of the utilities. That can be discussed.
