First, last, and security are required to move in ($995x3, total $2,985). Partial payments not accepted. If you choose to apply after viewing, there is a cash-only application fee of $30 per adult to help cover the cost of background, criminal, and credit checks. Walkthroughs of the rental will be held on Sunday, February 10th, Saturday, February 23rd, and Sunday, February 24th between 12pm-2pm. Copies of the rental agreement will be available. If you are still interested, please respond with a date and time you would be available to view the property.
